CFI co-ordinates Training seminars that are accredited by Fitness Australia and KINECT Australia.

Our Steady Steps Falls Preventions Program has been supported by the QLD Health since 1999. Our Steady STeps 1.5 days Training is for Fitness and Allied Health Professionals.

Steady STeps - preventing falls through physical activity is a ten week program which is conducted in the community by qualified personnel. The program includes an introduction to best practice physical activity, the causes of falls and how to prevent them.

Sure can. Make an appointment with INa at CFI. She knows the ropes and can make sense of the registration process

Are there any workshops? I need CEC points

Whatever happened to Fitness Queensland?

Fitness Qld was disbanded and Fitness Australia is now looking after all registrations and accreditations of workshops and industry personnel.

However, CFI can help in a support role and a networking role for the fitness industry in Queensland. Remember Ina's smiling face. She is still hard at work for the fitness industry in the CFI office.
